When a traffic offence occurs during a booking, the Host must pay the summon first before submitting a reimbursement claim. Follow these guidelines to submit the case:
Log in to Driveo: https://www.driveo.my
Go to Cases.
Click + Add.
Enter Booking Number or Customer Name.
Add your issue.
Under Issue Type, select:
Speeding Offence or
Parking & Traffic Offence
** (Choose based on the summon received.)
Enter the Amount, Description, and upload the required Evidence (official receipt only).
Review and click Submit.
