Traffic Offence Case Claim

When a traffic offence occurs during a booking, the Host is required to settle the summon first before submitting a claim for reimbursement from the customer. To ensure claim approval, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Host must pay the summon directly to the relevant authority (e.g., PDRM, JPJ, or local council).
  2. Upload a clear scanned copy or photo of the official payment receipt issued by the authority.
  3. Do not use screenshots taken from apps, websites, or computer screens — such submissions will not be accepted.
  4. Only official receipts showing the offence details and payment confirmation will be considered valid.
  5. Claims without a proper official receipt will be rejected.

Example of acceptable proof:

  • Original payment receipt from PDRM, JPJ, or local authority (scanned clearly).

Not acceptable:

  • Screenshots from MyBayar Saman, email notifications, or computer display of payment.

Note: The claim amount will only cover the summon cost as per the official receipt.
