When a traffic offence occurs during a booking, the Host is required to settle the summon first before submitting a claim for reimbursement from the customer. To ensure claim approval, please follow these guidelines:
- Host must pay the summon directly to the relevant authority (e.g., PDRM, JPJ, or local council).
- Upload a clear scanned copy or photo of the official payment receipt issued by the authority.
- Do not use screenshots taken from apps, websites, or computer screens — such submissions will not be accepted.
- Only official receipts showing the offence details and payment confirmation will be considered valid.
- Claims without a proper official receipt will be rejected.
✅ Example of acceptable proof:
- Original payment receipt from PDRM, JPJ, or local authority (scanned clearly).
❌ Not acceptable:
- Screenshots from MyBayar Saman, email notifications, or computer display of payment.
Note: The claim amount will only cover the summon cost as per the official receipt.
