Is Your Car Eligible for a Driveo Bounty?

Not every car qualifies, and that's intentional. Rental customers book through partner platforms like Klook and Wahdah expecting a reliable, well-maintained vehicle. To protect both hosts and renters, we require the following:

Your car must be 5 years old or newer
The vehicle must be fully maintained and in good condition
It must match (or be close to) a model currently listed on the Bounty board

If your car meets these criteria and you're based near an active bounty location, including Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Pulau Pinang, Sabah, Sarawak, Melaka, and Perlis, you're in a good position to start earning.

How the Driveo Bounty Works

The Bounty board is updated with live rental bookings from platforms like Wahdah, Klook, and Treva. These are bookings that have already been confirmed by paying customers, but have not yet been matched to a host vehicle.

Here's how the process works:
01. Create a free account
Register on Driveo to get access to the platform and start submitting offers.
02. Browse the board
Each bounty listing shows the car model required, pickup and return dates, location, and the cash reward on offer.
03. Submit your offer
If your car matches, click Offer and fill in your details. No lengthy application, no commitment until you're approved.
04. Get vetted and confirmed
Our team reviews your offer and vehicle. You'll receive an approval notification by email.
05. Hand over your car
Once accepted, we'll brief you on the handover process. You can drop the car off directly or work with Hero to assist.
06. Get paid
Payment is deposited directly to your bank account. Finance closes the payment cycle every Tuesday (processing and approval runs from Wednesday to Sunday, with payment received by the following Tuesday).

How Much Can You Earn from Renting Out Your Car?

Earnings depend on the car model, rental duration, and location. Short bookings can yield a few hundred ringgit; longer rentals on in-demand models can pay significantly more.

Your car doesn't need to be a luxury vehicle. Everyday models like the Perodua Myvi, Perodua Ativa, and Proton Saga appear regularly on the bounty board, because these are exactly what rental customers in Malaysia are looking for.

FAQ

The DRIVEO bounty is a public offer to car owners with idle vehicles. We provide an opportunity for you to share your cars on DRIVEO and receive offers via our platform for bookings that have been made but remain unassigned to any host.

Simply click on the bounty offer, fill in your details, and then submit your offer. We will thoroughly review the list of offers, and you will receive an approval email notification once the vetting process is complete. If you don't have an account yet, please register or sign up.

We posted bounty details of the types of cars and dates according to the location required. However, your car must meet the requirements, such as being fully maintained and having an age below 6 years to be offered to us.

As soon as your offer is accepted and chosen, you will become a DRIVEO Host. You will be our priority when there is demand for a similar type of car in nearby locations to yours. Our team will brief you on how to pick up and return the car to customers, or you may be assigned to a DRIVEO Hero to assist.

You can rest assured, we handle all the work for you. The DRIVEO bounty is fully supported by our platform it covers your vehicle, and we conduct both profile screening and provide a package of roadside assistance nationwide.

Payment will be credited to your DRIVEO Host account once a week (every Tuesday) after the booking is completed and the car has been returned.
