Improving Fuel Return Consistency with Range Tracking
I’ve noticed that some experienced customers tend to return the vehicle with the fuel gauge just touching full, which makes it appear full at a glance. However, once the vehicle is driven back to the office, the gauge drops slightly. This often leads to questions from partners regarding why the fuel is not completely full upon return
To address this fairly, I would like to suggest adding a fuel range column in the system. This column would record not only the fuel level in percentage but also the estimated range in kilometers at the time of handover. It would provide a more accurate and transparent reference for Wahdah, the customer, and the partner, helping to reduce potential disputes and ensure a fairer process for everyone involved.
Thank you once again for your suggestion. We’ve taken note of your idea to include a fuel range column for better transparency. Meanwhile, you may use the Notes column in the system to record the estimated mileage or fuel range at the time of handover. This can help serve as a temporary measure to support clarity between our customers and DriveHost.
